Shipping

  • Free UK shipping via Royal Mail for all products unless otherwise specified.

  • Orders are dispatched within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3–7 business days).

  • You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Returns

General UK Consumer Rights

Under UK distance selling law, customers normally have the right to cancel online orders within 14 days of delivery and return them within a further 14 days for a refund.

Our Policy (Aligned with Law)

Stock (Non-Bespoke) Items

  • You may return within 10 days from delivery if:

    • The item is unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping cost is your responsibility (unless faulty).

  • Refund processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Bespoke / Custom Goods

  • No returns or refunds for change of mind .

  • This is lawful: bespoke/personalised goods are excluded from the UK cancellation period.

Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

  • If goods are faulty or misdescribed, you have statutory rights:

    • You can reject within a reasonable period and receive a refund/repair/replacement.

    • Return postage will be refunded for faulty items.
